How many of your employees find their job satisfying, interesting, rewarding, boring?
What are the issues that create dissatisfaction, and impact perfomance?
How many of your employees are looking for another job or thinking about it?
Would you like to know why? Is pay the issue or is it something else?
How do employees rate their manager? What changes in management style would improve
the workplace?
Do employees share leadership's vision for the future?
Workplace Insights will answer these questions and many more. The survey includes
over 250 questions across 12 dimensions, plus employee demographics:
Review the survey youself and see what you think.
Keep in mind as you review the demo survey, there is no charge to delete questions
that are inappropriate for your workplace. When you decide to buy Workplace Insights,
we'll provide you with a hard copy so you can cross-out the questions you don't want to ask.

February 2008: We love repeat business! Thanks Red Circle Agency for
contracting Essential Surveys to conduct another Players Club Membership Survey; this time
for Gila River Casinos in Chandler, Arizona.
On December 1, 2007 Essential Surveys released its newest product:
Workplace Insights, a confidential employee survey.
See notice on this page (left).
Earlier this year Essential Surveys conducted an event survey among
community leaders who attended the Kitsap Local Government Forum. The data will
be used to plan future events and improve future forums.
Essential Surveys completed an online survey for Kitsap County
Public Works, Solid Waste Division. The "Healthy Homes Survey" covered topics like
Water Quality, Green Cleaning, Household Hazardous Waste, and Natural Yard Care.
In 2006, Essential Surveys conducted a large-scale membership survey for
Suquamish Clearwater Casino and the casino's creative agency, Red Circle Agency, of
Minneapolis. Members of the casino's players club - Club Clearwater - were
questioned on a variety of topics. The results will be used to refine the mix of games,
improve services and create new promotions. The direct-mail survey received a response
rate over 23% without the use of incentives, reminder cards, or second mailings.
For more than a year Essential Surveys has worked with the Kitsap Regional
Coordinating Council to produce their newsletter. You can view copies of the newsletter
on their
website.
