The Workplace Insights questionnaire uses "Branching" ...
This means that how employees answer some questions will determine which subsequent questions they see.
For example, employees who say they are job hunting, or thinking about it, are asked for reasons. Employees who
say they are not even thinking about job hunting do not see the "reasons" question - instead, they skip ahead.
Similarly, questions about workplace safety are only asked of those who say their job poses some risk; commuting questions are
only asked of those who say they commute; questions about workplace discrimination are only asked of those who say they have
experienced it.
As you take the survey, keep in mind that you can use the back button on your browser to go back to a
previous page and change an answer. If you are on a branching question, this will change subsequent questions you are
asked. Remember, when you sign up for the survey we will provide you with a hard copy that shows all the questions
